Our services are catered towards our customers. So we have created a cancellation and refund policy that all can benefit from.

Refund Policy: All refunds will be done via payment links and transferred to the
desired accounts. The time to request a refund is 2 days after placing an order/receiving the order. The refunds have to be followed through with the cancellation of an order or return it.
** We do not return/refund any products that have been brought on sale
Returns 2 days return policy.
If there is a situation where you would like to cancel an order that you want to cancel with us, here are the steps you need to follow:
➔ If you have received an order with the product in a damaged condition or a
wrong product has been delivered, contact us with the order ID and a request for
a return.
➔ If you find a package that has been tampered with, refuse the package and
contact us with the order ID.
➔ Keep a few things in mind before returning a package:
- Do not wash or use any product
- Keep the original packaging before returning it
- Do not remove any tags from any products that you are returning

Cancellations

Our cancellation policy comes with a 2 days refund policy. A few things to note before canceling a product order:
➔ Try and cancel the order before it has been shipped
➔ The refund for a prepaid canceled order will be refunded to the original mode of payment
➔ Cancellation requests will have to be directly raised with ESMERIZE in the same mode the order was placed.

The Refund Policies

Refunds will be processed only through net banking if it’s a COD/Payment is paid  For prepaid orders, we refund the amount only to the account from which you made the payment. We also ensure that your bank account information remains private and confidential.

For Domestic order: The entire amount paid for any purchase shall be returned within 5-7 business days from the date of receipt of returned Saree and account details. [account details, as applicable depending on the mode of payment]

We at ESMERIZE package all products with the utmost care, avoiding as much damage as possible during shipping. At present, we are not doing any exchanges of products, so we request you to check the details of the products that you are ordering and paying for.
