In particular, we do not represent or warrant that the ESMERIZE Services (or any part, feature, or Content of the ESMERIZE Services) are complete, accurate, reliable, or secure, of a particular quality, suitable for your intended activity, devices, operating systems, browsers, software or tools or are compatible with them so that they comply with the laws that apply to you or your End Users (including in the jurisdiction in which you operate their activities). They will be free of viruses, software bugs, and other harmful components and software restrictions. In addition, we do not endorse any person, product, or service (including Third Party Services) mentioned in the ESMERIZE Services or made available through the ESMERIZE Services – so please check before using or otherwise engaging.
You acknowledge that there are no risks associated with using the ESMERIZE Services and/or connecting to and/or interacting with Third Party Services through or in connection with the ESMERIZE Services. Also acknowledge that ESMERIZE cannot guarantee the specific results of such use and/or interaction and that you hereby assume all of the foregoing risks, liabilities, and/or liability for harm of any kind arising out of said interaction, and /or as a result of said interaction. The foregoing risks may include, but are not limited to, misrepresentation of Third Party Services and/or by Third Party Services and/or misrepresentation of Licensed Content, breach of warranties and/or contractual obligations, infringement of rights, and consequential claims.
In its sole discretion, ESMERIZE may (but is not obligated to) review, monitor, and/or edit the User Platform and/or User Content at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

ESMERIZE does not recommend the use of the ESMERIZE Services to post personal content and is not responsible for the security and privacy of such content or for the risk of infringement or damage to such content.

Please note that a number of the ESMERIZE Services are BETA and are undergoing BETA testing. You understand and agree that such ESMERIZE Services may still contain software bugs, experience malfunctions, and deviations from the planned or intended operation.
Your use of the ESMERIZE Services in BETA constitutes your agreement to participate in BETA testing of the relevant ESMERIZE Services.
